III. Core Structure Division of the Entire Machine
Feed and Conveying Section
Connect to the output conveyor belt of the folding machine, with automatic paper sorting, deviation stopper, orderly conveying of the stack of paper, preventing skew and blockage; it can be equipped with counting and paper shortage detection.
Film Release and Tension Control Section

IV. Complete Work Process Flow
The folded hand towel stack is continuously sent into the feed conveyor belt;
The film frame releases the film, the tension roller smoothly delivers the film, the photoelectric detection optical marker locates;
The paper stack enters the forming device, the film automatically wraps around the periphery of the paper stack;
The longitudinal hot sealing completes the side sealing;
The cross-sealing knife melts the seal, the cutting knife cuts the single package simultaneously;
The finished product conveyor belt outputs, collected by hand or automatically boxed.
