Definition and Usage of Pillow-Type Hand-Washing Paper Packaging Machine Equipment
The pillow-type hand-washing paper packaging machine (horizontal continuous-flow film packaging machine) is a mainstream horizontal fully automatic packaging equipment in the paper industry, specifically designed for continuous roll film bag packaging of N-fold / V-fold / W-fold commercial hand-wiping paper and dry hand-wiping paper stacks. The finished product is in the shape of a pillow, hence the name pillow-type packaging.
It can be used independently as a single machine or connected to a hand-wiping paper folding machine to form a fully automatic production line, replacing manual bagging and widely used in hotels, factories, and supermarkets for batch packaging of commercial hand-wiping paper.

N-fold, V-fold, Z-fold commercial extractable hand-wiping paper, dust-free industrial hand-wiping paper
Applicable paper stack size: 160–260mm in length, 70–170mm in width, 30–80mm in height. The forming device can be quickly changed by replacing the specifications.
2. Applicable Film Materials
CPP heat-sealing film, PE printed color film, composite aluminum-coated film; film thickness 0.03–0.06mm, standard 76mm paper core film roll, maximum film outer diameter 300–400mm.
III. Six Core Structures of the Entire Machine
Feed and Conveying Paper Section
Extended stainless steel conveyor belt, with adjustable side baffles and limit blocks, automatically straightens the paper stack and prevents skew and blockage; can be equipped with automatic paper separation, paper shortage stoppage alarm, and connected to the folding machine for discharge.
Film Tensioning Mechanism
Two types of machines available: upper film / lower film. Multiple tensioning rubber rollers, simple film roll loading, combined with damping device to control film tension and avoid film stretching and wrinkling.
Forming Section (Core)
Adjustable triangular forming device, flat film automatically folded into continuous tube-shaped film tube; longitudinal heat sealing wheels synchronize to seal the back seam, bag shape flat without wrinkles.
Photoelectric Tracking Control System
Highly sensitive color mark photoelectric eye, automatic tracking of printed color film, sealing position error ≤ 1mm, eliminating pattern misalignment and short packages.
Horizontal Sealing Knife Assembly
Up and down reciprocating horizontal sealing knives, PID independent temperature control, completing both front and rear end sealing + cutting simultaneously; optional flat knife / sawtooth easy-tear knife, with safety guard cover, high-temperature heat insulation protection.
Electrical Control Operation Assembly
7-inch touch screen + PLC / three servo control system, bag length can be set with one click, fault codes are automatically displayed; equipped with emergency stop of the entire machine, safety door interlock, positioning stoppage to prevent sticky knife functions.
