The pillow-type hand towel packaging machine (horizontal continuous-flow film packaging machine) is a mainstream horizontal fully automatic packaging equipment in the paper products industry. It is specifically used for continuous roll film bag packaging of N-fold / V-fold / W-fold commercial hand towels and dry hand towels. The finished products are in the shape of a pillow, hence the name pillow packaging.
It can be used independently as a single machine, or it can be connected to a hand towel folding machine to form a fully automatic production line, replacing manual bagging and widely used in hotels, factories, and supermarkets for batch packaging of commercial hand towels.

Three, six core structures of the entire machine
Feeding and conveying paper section
Extended stainless steel conveyor belt, with adjustable side baffles and limit blocks, automatically straightens the paper stack, preventing skew and blockage; can be equipped with automatic paper separation, paper shortage stoppage alarm, and connected to the folding machine for discharge.
Film tensioning mechanism
Two types of models: upper walking film / lower walking film. Multiple sets of tensioning rubber rollers. Simple film roll loading, combined with damping device to control film tension, avoiding film stretching and wrinkling.
Forming section (core)
Adjustable triangular forming device, flat film automatically folded into continuous tube-shaped film tube; longitudinal heat sealing wheels synchronize to seal the back seam, bag shape flat without wrinkles.
Photoelectric tracking control system
Highly sensitive color mark photoelectric eye, automatic tracking of printed color film, sealing position error ≤ 1mm, eliminating pattern misalignment and short packages.
Horizontal sealing knife assembly
Up and down reciprocating horizontal sealing knives, PID independent temperature control, completing both front and rear end sealing + cutting synchronously; optional flat knife / sawtooth easy-tear knife, with safety guard cover, high-temperature heat insulation protection.
Electrical control operation assembly
7-inch touch screen + PLC / three servo control system, bag length can be set with one click, fault code automatically displayed; equipped with emergency stop of the entire machine, safety door interlock, positioning stoppage to prevent sticky knife function.
Four, complete working process
The neatly arranged hand towel stack is uniformly sent into the forming device by the conveyor belt;
The rolled film passes through the tension frame and enters the forming device to be folded into a tube shape, and the longitudinal sealing wheels seal the back to form a continuous film tube;
The paper stack precisely enters the film tube interior, and the film and the paper conveying speed are electronically synchronized;
Photoelectric detection of the printed mark, automatically correcting the sealing position;
Horizontal sealing mechanism melts the seal at both ends, the cutting knife synchronously cuts, separating into independent pillow-shaped packages;
Finished product conveyor belt outputs, collected by hand or connected to the box-filling production line.
