​How to solve the common malfunction problems of the large loop paper cutting machine 1. Tighten the synchronous belt and adjust the timing of the feeding and the cutting knife synchronization

3. Deviation of paper movement, left-right deviation of the paper edge, and trapezoidal shape of the finished product

Reasons: The deviation photoelectric sensor is dirty, the left and right tensions are inconsistent, the guide rollers are not parallel, and the paper roll is not straight
Resolve

1. Clean and calibrate the deviation sensor, re-define the paper edge tracking position.
2. Adjust the left-right balance tension of the unwinding process, and correct the horizontal alignment of all guide rollers.
3. Preferentially use the original paper rolls with straight edges, and remove any unqualified rolls in advance.

4. Frequent paper jams and blockages

Reasons: Excessive tension causing breakage / Insufficient tension resulting in paper accumulation, powder accumulation in the paper guide channel, stuck return of the knife holder, and mismatch in front and rear speeds.
Resolve
1. Optimize the unwinding tension to avoid sudden looseness and tightness.
2. Clean the paper path and paper dust in the knife compartment daily.
3. Check if the cam and bearings of the knife holder are stuck, and add lubrication.
4. Match the feeding speed of the previous stage with the cutting speed of this machine.

5. Abnormal noise and significant vibration of the machine

Reason: Lack of lubrication or damage to the bearings, wear of gears, loosening of fasteners, and imbalance of the knife body.
Resolve

1. Stop the machine for inspection of the transmission gears and bearings, and replenish the special lubricating grease.
2. Fully tighten the screws of the frame, knife holder, and synchronous wheel.
3. Check if the cutter disc is unbalanced. If necessary, correct the dynamic balance.

6. The equipment suddenly stops and cannot be started.

Reason: The emergency stop has not been reset, the power supply is out of phase, the frequency converter is alarming, or the sensor signal is abnormal.
Resolve

1. Ensure that all emergency stop buttons have been reset and check the three-phase power supply.
2. Examine the fault codes of the frequency converter, then power off and restart the electrical control system.
3. Check the normality of the safety switch signals one by one.
