I. Production capacity doubles, and the output efficiency per machine significantly improves
Dual independent synchronous cutting, with no interference between the two channels. The maximum cutting speed per channel is approximately 180 cuts/minute, and the combined production capacity of the two channels is nearly twice that of a single channel. It is suitable for large rewinding production lines, without the need to add an additional cutting machine, saving factory space and equipment investment.
It can be matched with a dual-station rewinding machine. Two long paper rolls are fed simultaneously, ensuring a balanced flow rate throughout the production line, without the bottleneck problem of paper roll outflow accumulation at the rewinding machine or the slowdown of the entire line due to the slow cutting machine.
The operation stability at high speed is stronger. The load of a single channel is lower for the same production output, reducing the long-term high-load wear on the knife holder, conveyor belt, and servo motor, and reducing the frequency of shutdowns.
II. Simultaneous production of two specifications, with strong flexibility in accepting orders (core differentiation advantage)
The parameters of the two channels are independently set. The cutting length, paper roll diameter, and running speed can be separately set for the left and right channels. One side produces small rolls of household hygiene paper, while the other side produces large rolls of hotel commercial paper. There is no need to stop for specification changes, and it is not necessary to produce separately in two batches.
It can simultaneously produce both core-wrapped and non-core-wrapped rolls. One production line can handle multiple types of orders, and small-batch, multi-specification orders do not need to frequently stop and adjust the machine. The waste from model changes and machine setup time is significantly reduced.
Flexible adjustment for peak and off-peak seasons: During peak seasons, both channels are fully operational to increase production output; during off-peak seasons, one channel operates while the other is shut down for maintenance, without affecting normal shipments.
III. Higher cost-effectiveness in terms of floor space and investment, saving factory space and labor
The floor space of one dual-channel machine is less than the total combined floor space of two single-channel machines. The factory utilization rate increases by more than 25%. Small paper mills do not need to expand the workshop to expand production.
The entire machine uses a single set of electrical control, pneumatic, grinding knife system, and dust removal fan. Compared to two single-channel machines, the procurement costs of motors, air compressors, electrical control consumables, and maintenance costs are reduced by 20% to 30%.
Only one operator is needed to manage the entire machine. At least two people are required to be on duty for two single-channel machines. This significantly reduces labor costs in the long term.
IV. High cutting accuracy, uniform quality of paper roll ends
Dual-channel independent servo feeding + independent metering encoder. The length error of each channel is controlled within ±1mm. The lengths of long and short paper rolls are uniform, the packaging is beautiful, and the waste of defective products is reduced.
Both channels share a set of large round knives and automatic grinding mechanism. The knife edge remains sharp, and the paper cut edges are smooth without burrs or collapsed paper roll ends. Thick-layer raw wood pulp and bamboo pulp rolls are not prone to sticking together and layering.
An independent paper roll pressing and conveying mechanism. The pressing force of each channel can be adjusted independently. It is suitable for different weights and hardness of paper rolls and will not have problems of one channel not being able to cut or the other channel being deformed.
V. Strong production tolerance, no complete line shutdown due to faults
When a single channel experiences paper jam, material change, or minor faults, the other channel can continue normal production without halting the entire line, significantly reducing production losses.
During one channel's cleaning of paper debris, replacement of knife pads, and grinding of the blade, the other channel continues to discharge, buffering the order delivery pressure, and is suitable for 24-hour continuous production factories.
Independent safety circuit design. The opening of the safety door of one channel only stops the corresponding channel, while the other channel continues to operate. The maintenance operation is more flexible.
