Full Introduction to the Bottom Single-Pack Bag Machine
I. Equipment Definition and Usage
The bottom single-pack bag machine (bottom opening soft pack machine) is a fully automatic packaging equipment specifically designed for producing bottom-opening suspended soft tissue paper products. It differs from traditional top-opening soft packs; the packaging finished product has a bottom opening for pulling out the tissue, which can be hung for use, suitable for household, supermarket, and catering categories.
It is divided into two mainstream models: roll film forming type bottom single-pack bag machine and pre-made bag feeding type bottom single-pack bag machine. They can operate independently as a single machine or be directly connected to a V-fold face towel folding machine + large rotary cutting machine to form a fully automatic bottom single-pack line, completing the automatic wrapping, sealing, and forming of single-pack tissues.

1. Compatible Paper Products
V-fold interlocking soft packs, suspended bottom-opening face towels, kitchen paper, soft cloths, hand wipes;
Common paper stack size range: length 160–230mm, width 100–130mm, height 30–90mm, 80–200 pulls adjustable.
2. Packaging Materials
Roll film type: CPP heat-sealing film, color-printed BOPP film, film thickness 0.035–0.06mm, supports cursor positioning;
Pre-made bag type: finished M-shaped pre-made bottom-opening bag, with a bottom opening for pulling out the tissue, no need for on-site punching.
III. Core Structures of the Two Main Models
Model One: Roll Film Integrated Bottom Single-Pack Bag Machine (Continuous Bag Production, Main Mass Production Model)
Material feeding section
Connect to the cutting machine for output, adjustable side guard + leveling roller, automatically straightens the paper stack; paper shortage, blockage photoelectric detection, automatic stop and alarm to prevent empty packs.
Constant tension deviation correction mechanism
Air expansion shaft film feeding frame, multiple sets of damping tension rollers + EPC lateral correction, color film precise tracking, sealing and cutting position error ≤ 1mm, film does not wrinkle, does not stretch.
Bottom-specific forming device (core component)
U-shaped dedicated forming mold, forming device reserves the bottom tissue opening position, the film wraps the paper stack and automatically reserves the bottom paper outlet, combined with negative pressure exhaust, bag shape is square without bulges.
Separate heat sealing and cutting unit
Separate independent PID temperature control: both sides for longitudinal sealing of the bag body, bottom for reserved tissue opening, top for sealing; equipped with dedicated easy-tear knife, knife fully enclosed safety guard, high-temperature heat insulation anti-stick knife.
Servo control system
7-inch touch screen + multi-axis servo PLC, one-click storage and switching of multiple specifications parameters; equipped with automatic alarm for broken film, material shortage, no paper, positioning stoppage, anti-stick film function; emergency stop of the entire machine, safety door interlock dual protection.
Finished product output section
Output by conveyor belt, can be connected to the receiving platform, middle bag machine.
