The fully automatic face tissue box packaging machine is the core automated equipment for the post-processing stage of household paper products. It receives the folded face tissues output by the cutting machine / folding machine, and completes the entire process of automatic paper feeding, suction opening of the box, pushing the paper into the box, hot melt glue spraying, folding flaps for sealing the box, empty box elimination, and finished product discharge all at once, replacing manual box packaging and suitable for supermarket box-packaged soft tissues, hotel hand-wiping paper boxes, hanging bottom pull-out paper boxes, soft towel paper boxes, napkin paper boxes, etc. of paper color boxes packaging.

II. Core structure of the entire machine (six modules)
1. Face tissue conveying and sorting module (front-end connection with the cutting machine)
Servo belt conveying, photoelectric counting, layer-by-layer paper sorting, avoiding paper tilting and layer misalignment;
It can be double-channel connected with the large-scale automation cutting machine to achieve cutting - box packaging linkage production line;
Paper shortage, card paper automatic stoppage alarm, no need for manual monitoring.
2. Paper box storage and opening mechanism
Large-capacity paper box stacking warehouse, suction cup negative pressure automatic box taking, vertical opening of the box;
Multiple groups of cylinders positioning, paper box size adjustment screw rod quick fine adjustment, model change only 10–20 minutes;
No box, empty box photoelectric detection, automatic stoppage prompt for replenishment.
3. Push paper into box core workstation
Servo side push mechanism, uniformly push the entire stack of face tissues into the box at a constant speed, adjustable force, eliminating wrinkling and distortion of the paper; supports high-low paper matching (paper high box low / paper low box high) for universal packaging.
4. Tongue folding + hot melt glue sealing module
Side tongue, bottom tongue automatic pre-folding positioning;
Imported low-temperature hot melt glue machine, precise定点gluing， small amount of glue， strong adhesion， no glue overflow contamination of the paper；
Glue spraying delay， length， position touch screen digital adjustment.
