I. Daily Maintenance (Must be done, 5-10 minutes per time)

Cleaning: Clean the equipment surface, feeding port, sealing components, and residual materials on the conveyor belt (focus on cleaning powder/viscous materials)

Inspection: Check if the power/air source connection is normal, if the emergency stop button is sensitive, and if all components are not loose or noisy

Basic Maintenance: Wipe the traction roller of the packaging film to ensure no stains or adhesions

II. Weekly Maintenance (1 time per week, 20-30 minutes per time)

Lubrication: Add lubricating oil to the rotating parts such as transmission bearings, conveyor belt rollers, and feeding mechanism

Tightening: Check and tighten all connecting bolts (especially the weighing system, sealing knife fixing bolts)

Adjustment: Calibrate the conveyor belt tension, clean the杂物 around the weighing sensor， and check the deviation of the packaging film

III. Monthly Maintenance (1 time per month， 1-1.5 hours per time)

Precision Calibration： Re-calibrate the zero point and measurement accuracy of the weighing system (error ≤ ±0.5%)

Component Inspection： Check the wear of the sealing knife， aging of the heating tube (replace if there are cracks or damages)， test the safety interlock device

Deep Cleaning： Clean the accumulated dust inside the equipment， check the air source filter and drain and discharge water

IV. Quarterly/Anti-annual Maintenance (once per quarter， comprehensive overhaul once per year)

Quarterly： Check the operating status of the motor and reducer (are there any abnormal sounds， overheating)， replace the aged sealing ring/sealing pad

Annual： Completely disassemble and inspect the core components (feeding pump， weighing sensor， PLC control system)， replace severely worn parts， and conduct the performance test of the entire machine
