V Folding Towel Carton Production Line - Complete Introduction
I. Equipment Definition and Usage
The V Folding Carton Towel Production Line is a complete set of automated integrated equipment for household paper products. It is based on the V-shaped cross-interfold process, completing the entire production process of unwinding, embossing, folding, counting and stacking, large-loop cutting, automatic material arrangement, opening the carton, inserting the carton, applying glue, and sealing the carton in one continuous process. The finished product is commercial, hotel, and household hard-box extractable towel paper.
V Folding Feature: Each sheet is folded in a V shape, with layers interwoven with each other. One sheet is pulled out to bring out the next one, the paper is discharged smoothly without consecutive pulling, and it is the mainstream folding process for carton-packed extractable towels.

1. V Folding Fully Automatic Towel Folding Machine (Core Machine of the Production Line)

Unwinding Unit: Double-station large-spindle frame, can be equipped with non-stop automatic paper feeding, magnetic powder closed-loop tension control, suitable for 1–5 layers of raw paper, maximum diameter of raw paper 1200mm;
Printing Unit (Optional): 1–2 color flexographic printing, can print LOGO, patterns, mostly used for mid-to-high-end brand towel paper;
Stamping and Composite Unit: Steel-to-glass / steel-to-steel stamping rollers, stamping depth adjustable, multi-layer paper heat-pressed composite, enhancing loftiness, water absorption, and inter-layer adhesion, no delamination;
V-shaped Interfold Forming Unit: Vacuum suction + cross insertion folding mechanism, two paper paths cross-fold to form standard V interfold, servo synchronous control, folding error extremely small;
Counting and Stacking Unit: Photoelectric automatic counting, reaches the set count and automatically stacks and cuts off, supports 80–200 counts free setting;
Electrical Control System: 7-inch touch screen + PLC multi-servo linkage, variable frequency speed regulation, fault code automatic alarm.
2. Large Loop Cutting Machine
The continuous long paper stack after folding is cut by a high-speed looping knife, precisely cut into standard paper stacks according to the height of the box, the cut edges are smooth without burrs; servo fixed-length cutting, length error ≤ 0.5mm, speed matched with the folding machine to avoid blockage and piled-up paper.
3. Transition Conveyor and Material Arrangement Machine
Connects the cutting machine and the sealing machine, with side guard plates and leveling rollers, automatically arranges the paper stack, preventing skewing and looseness; paper shortage and blockage photoelectric detection, automatic stop and alarm to ensure the box is inserted neatly.
4. Fully Automatic Towel Carton Opening, Inserting, and Sealing Machine (Core of Carton Packaging)
Automatic Sealing Machine
Paper box storage bin automatically picks up the carton, expands and forms;
Servo pushes the paper stack accurately into the box;
Side / Box cover automatically applies hot melt glue and seals the box;
Optional online printing code and production date printing;
Suitable for regular rectangular hard paper boxes, replaceable specifications with handwheel adjustment, and can complete the change in 10–20 minutes.
5. Supporting Auxiliary Equipment
Air compressor (0.5–0.6MPa), finished product conveyor belt, receiving platform; high-end production lines can have heating shrink packaging machine, box loading and stacking machine, achieving full automation from raw paper to complete box finished product.
