The large loop cutting machine is a high-speed cross-cutting equipment specifically designed for the paper production line for household use. In the industry, "cutting machine" and "paper cutting machine" refer to the same equipment. It is used to cut the folded long strips of paper and the re-rolled long paper rolls to a fixed length, and then connect them to the packaging machine to produce soft tissues, boxed facial tissues, hand-wiping paper, kitchen paper, and large and small roll toilet paper.
The five core structures of the entire machine
1. Feed conveying section
Long paper stack feed conveying belt, upper and lower paper pressing rollers, metering encoder (controls cutting length), side limit stopper; the pressing rollers press the paper to prevent slipping and deviation in length.
2. Loop cutting main unit (core)
Φ610mm large-diameter loop circular knife, knife pad rubber strip;
Servo knife frame, pneumatic automatic grinding knife mechanism;
Cutting and pressing cylinder, clamping the paper stack at the moment of cutting.
3. Output conveying section
Finished product conveying belt, transporting the cut paper pieces to the packaging machine, matching the speed of the preceding and following equipment.
4. Pneumatic system
Standard air source 0.5 - 0.8MPa, controlling the lifting of the knife frame, the pressing rollers, the grinding knife, and the deviation correction cylinder; equipped with oil-water separator and pressure regulating valve.
5. Electrical control system
PLC + touch screen + servo drive, capable of setting the cutting length, production speed, and automatic grinding cycle; with fault alarm, safety door interlock, and emergency stop protection.
Working principle
The long paper stacks are fed into the machine via the feeding belt, and are evenly held and conveyed by the upper and lower pressure rollers. The metering encoder continuously measures the length of the paper being fed. When the set size is reached, the servo drive causes the large rotating knife disc to swing and rotate for a one-time cross-cutting. After the cutting, the finished products are sent out by the discharge belt. The knife holder automatically returns to its original position for continuous cutting, and the knife disc reciprocates and rotates, hence it is named "Large Rotation".
